Riley's Canoes & Kayaks

All of our canoes and kayaks are well maintained, clean and ready to float. Included equipment: paddles, life jackets, seat backs and litter bag. Kayaks include padded seat backs. Dry bags and bungee straps on request.

Upstream float descriptions

Beautiful homesteads sparcely scattered. Rim, Shoestring, Ranchette and Buffalo Shoals (the longest on the White River!) Paddle into Crooked Creek for a warm water picnic, swimming or bass fishing.

Downstream float descriptions

Big bluff scenery, Long deeper holes, fewer shoals, slower floating water. Trout or Bass fishing areas.

Ozark Shuttle Services

From Riley's dock, we recommend 2 float trips: Buffalo City to Norfork or Rim Shoals to Buffalo City. Very scenic, great fishing, lots of wildlife! Float trip by Jon boat, canoe or kayak. Shuttle up river and float back to Riley's or schedule a pick up time for downstream floats.

Shuttles By Boat

Shoal shuttles:
Drop off and pick up service to Buffalo Shoals or Nellie's Apron. Spend the day wade fishing these diverse waters. Prearranged time for pick up or as weather or river conditions change.

$20/round trip

Trail, Camp, & Swim shuttles:
Access the Sylamore National Forest or the Lower Buffalo Wilderness Hiking trails. We can shuttle you to the trailhead and pick you up at a prearranged time.

Starting at $10 depending on boat travel

Self Shuttles:
FOR BANK FISHING ONLY! Bank fish the islands in front of Riley's. Water levels sometimes prohibit walk-in access, but still allows for excellent wading opportunities and bank fishing. Use our boat all day to shuttle your crew back and forth to either island, park the boat and fish. Return to the dock at your leisure. Fishing from the boat constitutes a full day $85 boat rental.
